The Building Vibrant Partnerships: Community University Engagement Summit is a joint project that explores opportunities to engage in meaningful, co-created community partnerships between local campuses, nonprofits and civic institutions. It deepens the dialogue we started in the last summit on the best practices throughout the region and how we continue to learn to amplify community voice.
This summit will continue to foster a better understating of how we “enter and exit” communities in ways that are responsive, reciprocal, sustainable and respectful. With a strategic focus on addressing regional priorities, we plan to develop an array of specific action items that our higher education and community partners can implement immediately to contribute to the health and strength of our communities.
The summit will be held on Friday, March 1, 8:30am-2pm at Cortex Innovation Hall (4220 Duncan Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110). Registration is $15/person.
The day will feature a keynote presentation, panel, and roundtable discussions. Lunch is included. For questions or to inquire about a scholarship, please contact Stefani Weeden-Smith at email@example.com. Register here.
