You are invited to join this celebration and culminating spotlight on the 2021 Gephardt Institute St. Louis Fellowship Programs.
About this event
An invaluable component of a Washington University education is the opportunity to both learn from and contribute to the St. Louis region. Through the Gephardt Institute’s St. Louis Fellowship Programs – Arts as Civic Engagement, Beuerlein Fellows, and Goldman Fellows – students immerse themselves in a region with rich cultural assets and vibrant and complex history. They also participate in addressing the vexing public challenges facing St. Louis and the nation.
This summer, 22 students engaged across the three programs, embracing St. Louis as a vital part of their education and applying their talents to affect positive change in St. Louis.
Join the Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement on Monday, October 18, 2021, for this culminating event and celebration of their work. You will hear from these students, community partners that hosted our fellows, and experience a live performance from a local artist.
The program will last from 6 to 7:30 p.m. CT, to be followed by a reception from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. CT
This is a hybrid event with opportunities to attend virtually and in person.
