Constance Siu

Constance Siu is the Community Engagement Specialist at the North Newstead Association, a North St. Louis City community development corporation serving 21 different neighborhoods. She manages NNA’s social service programs which include: Elderly Services, Neighborhood Safety Initiative, Beautification and Clean Up, and Minor Home Repair.

Constance holds a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Social Work. Working closely with residents to implement NNA’s programs, Constance is dedicated to serving the St. Louis community and sees community and the relationships as essential vehicles for community empowerment, investment, and progress.  Since settling down in St. Louis, she has worked for various community-building organizations such as the Community Builders Network of Metro Saint Louis and Justine PETERSEN Housing and Reinvestment Corporation. Constance spends her free time watching the St. Louis Blues and eating her way across St. Louis.
