David Jones is a founding partner of Capitol Counsel LLC, a bipartisan federal & state government affairs firm with offices in Washington, DC & Richmond, Virginia. With over 25 years of political and lobbying experience, Jones has developed effective legislative strategies for trade associations, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, individuals and small businesses. His clients have cut across multiple issue areas including tax, insurance, gaming, transportation, technology, health care, financial services, and real estate.
Jones currently serves as Deputy National Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee & a Co-Chair of the McAuliffe 2021 Advisory Committee.
