LuAnn Oros

Coordinator of Civic Engagement Programs

LuAnn Oros is the Coordinator of Civic Engagement Programs at the Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement. With a focus on our Civic Scholars and Urban Fellows programs, LuAnn supports recruitment, selection, special events, communications, fundraising activities, stewardship, and assessment. LuAnn has been with the university since 2010 and has worked with WashU students on volunteer projects related to hunger and homelessness since 2002. A native of Detroit, Michigan, she is an ordained pastor and studied at Western Michigan University with a major in communications.

Lu is involved in various community engaged projects that focus on eradicating hunger and homelessness in the St. Louis region.
