Jack Oliver

Jack L. Oliver III is a Senior Advisor to Barclays and provides senior relationship management for top clients across investment banking and capital markets management. Oliver develops relationships with Fortune 100 companies, financial sponsors, and middle market companies around the country. He has cultivated deep relationships with top venture capital firms and has served as senior advisor to companies including Palantir Technologies, OpenGov, Addepar, Leeo, and Rubicon Global. Additionally, Oliver serves as a Senior Advisor of Bryan Cave LLP, an international law firm based in St. Louis.

Oliver served for two years as Co-Chairman of the ONE Campaign, an organization founded by U2’s Bono and supported by the Gates Foundation with the mission to raise public awareness about global poverty and disease in developing countries. He is a member of the Robin Hood Foundation Leadership Council; on the National Leadership Council of Communities in Schools; an Advisory Council member of the George Bush Presidential Library at Texas A&M University; an Advisory Member of the Leadership Council at the Danforth Plant Science Center; a Member of the National Finance Committee of the George W. Bush Foundation; and former Director for the Legacy Educational Foundation and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Oliver also serves on the Board of Directors for two companies: E-Health Corporation and Innovus Inc.

Oliver is actively involved at the highest levels of national and Missouri politics. Described by TIME Magazine as the man largely responsible for “the most formidable money machine in modern political history,” Oliver served as National Finance Vice-Chairman for Bush-Cheney 04 and Victory 2004 managing the campaign’s $240 million national finance plan. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the Republican National Committee where he oversaw all dayto-day operations during the 2002 congressional election cycles. Oliver served as National Finance Director for George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential campaign.

Oliver received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vanderbilt and a law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He and his wife Rachel are the proud parents of Kate, Henry, and Lilly.
