Ann Daly Tretter
Retired President, Tretter Group
Ann Daly Tretter (she/her) has led a prolific spanning journalism, public relations, advertising, public issue campaign management, business planning, and organizational development. She retired as president of Tretter Group, Inc., a strategic marketing communications firm she founded.
She now volunteers her professional skills to benefit organizations that share her passions for empowering women, ending discrimination, increasing civic engagement, and restoring the well-being of the global ocean and its inhabitants.
Tretter has been widely recognized by professional colleagues, as evidenced by numerous awards and elections to such leadership posts as national president of the then 12,000-member organization, Women in Communications Inc. She has been honored by such diverse organizations as the YWCA of Metro St. Louis, National Association of Women Business Owners, and St. Louis Magazine. Tretter holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which she has augmented with continuing studies.
