Spencer, class of 2023, is from Long Island, NY. He is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Anthropology. He has been involved with WashU Votes since his freshman year, and was part of the founding student executive board in January 2020, alongside Otto.
Spencer was a 2021 Goldman Fellow, and has experience with Washington University to plan their “St. Louis Initiative”, aimed at increasing civic engagement between the University and the greater St. Louis area. He is passionate about voter rights and believes everyone deserves to have full, transparent knowledge of voting issues.
