Alumni & Supporters

Our alumni and supporters demonstrate engaged citizenship around the world, weaving their advocacy, philanthropy, and service into careers in government, nonprofit, academia, law, engineering, business, and medicine.

We welcome voices on what civic engagement means to them and how to engage with the Gephardt Institute. Contact us by email or find us on Facebook for more information.

Programs Include:

  • WashU Engage: A series of community engagement projects that serve local communities, WashU Engage provides alumni the opportunity to come together and reflect on their role in the communities where they live and work. Alumni, parents, and friends are encouraged to sign up for projects in their area.
  • Common Reading Program Book Discussions: Alumni and parents across the county are invited to join us for a thought-provoking group discussion of the Common Reading Program book. For the 2017-2018 academic year, the selection is Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.
