In recognition of Constitution Day, Washington University’s School of Law will present its annual “U.S. Supreme Court Review” on Monday, September 18, 12-1pm, in Anheuser-Busch Hall 305. The discussion will be moderated by Karen Tokarz, the Charles Nagel Professor of Public Interest Law & Public Service. Panelists include professor Susan Appleton, nationally known in expert in family law; professor Lee Epstein, author and commentator on the U.S. Supreme Court and judicial behavior; professor Stephen Legomsky, former Chief Counsel of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and former Senior Counsel to the Secretary of Homeland Security; and professor Greg Magarian, former U.S. Supreme Court clerk and recognized expert in free speech, the law of politics, and law and religion.
