Apply for a Scholarship to Attend Leadership and the American Presidency Program

The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge is excited to announce that through a partnership with the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute (RRPFI), RRPFI is able to offer exclusive, dedicated scholarships to students from ALL IN Challenge campuses to participate in the Leadership and the American Presidency (LTAP) program. WashU participates in the ALL IN Campus Challenge, which the Gephardt Institute coordinates through the Engage Democracy initiative.

LTAP, designed to develop the next generation of citizen leaders, immerses students in Washington, DC for a transformative learning experience. This includes an accredited leadership course grounded in real history, exclusive interactions with real leaders from across sectors, with the application of skills and knowledge in a real-world internship setting and in authentic course assignments. As students learn about their own leadership journeys, speakers offer their personal leadership lessons to further promote, educate, and encourage students about the power of leadership and civic engagement.

In order to participate, students must be 18 years or older, have completed one semester of college credit on a college campus, and have at least a 2.8 GPA (3.0 recommended). An online application, including 2 letters of recommendations and official transcripts, must be submitted prior to the deadline.
