Join Books and Basketball for an opportunity to engage in academic enrichment activities with students from KIPP Victory Academy and North City Blues Program on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm in Risa Commons. Students will participate in educational Jeopardy games, receive personalized tutoring in math and reading comprehension, and engage in a hands-on engineering workshop.  

Lunch will be provided for all participants. Parents, club advisors, and other educators are invited to attend the event. Sign up quickly as space for WashU students is limited! 

What is Civic Action Week?

From Feb. 17-23, 2025, Civic Action Week will highlight civic engagement opportunities throughout Washington University. All week across campus, different student groups, faculty, staff, and community partners will host events and other opportunities to engage.  A special thanks to our sponsor, the Women’s Society of Washington University, for their financial support of this endeavor.
