The Program Chair (formerly Community Assistant) supports the Bear Beginnings orientation program through fostering community during the Immersive Experience (IE) program. Program Chairs for Engage STL support the development of the three day experience, assisting in logistics, planning, and implementation as well as supporting the training and managing of the Building Experience and Relationships (BEAR) leaders in the spring and fall.
