Chelcie Crutch is a Civic Scholar from Glen Bernie, MD double majoring in global cultural studies and philosophy-neuroscience-psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences with a minor is design from the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts. She is interested in helping at risk youth and learning how to combat education and health disparities in the U.S.
