Nicole Chen

Nicole is a Fox-Clark Civic Scholar from Los Angeles, California. She is double majoring in psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences and economics & strategy in the Olin School of Business, and minoring in creative practice for social change in the Sam Fox School of Art. Nicole is interested in DEI, racial disparities, and community-engaged design. She spent her Civic Summer working with Missouri’s Office of Equal Opportunity to support minority and women-owned businesses. She created and distributed a survey, ran focus groups, established partnerships with St. Louis nonprofits, and produced a resource guide for businesses.
