Sean Mulvaney

Sean Mulvaney received a B.A.S. in Economics and French from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990 and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of Global Management in 1997.
Mr. Mulvaney serves as Senior Director for International Business Development in the Global Government Relations and Public Policy division of Procter & Gamble. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Mr. Mulvaney served as a member of the bipartisan Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States from June 2011 until July 2015. Prior to his service at the Export Import Bank, Mr. Mulvaney served as director of Economic Policy Program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. During the Administration of President George W. Bush, he worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development, as Assistant Administrator for Management.
In addition to his service in the executive branch, Mr. Mulvaney has 10 years of legislative experience on Capitol Hill, serving various members working on trade, budget and appropriations, foreign policy, and other issues.
