Located at 4300 Morgan Ford Road, Oak Hill Elementary School is seeking volunteers for the 3rd-5th grade tutoring program. Tutoring runs two days per week from 4:30-5:30pm. The focus is on math, reading, and reading comprehension. Volunteer tutors are paired with a teacher, and they can choose the day that works best for their schedule.
Oak Hill is also in the process of creating a children’s garden and are looking for volunteers for a garden clean-up day, involving general clean-up, painting, laying down mulch, etc. Tools will be provided.
