Transform Grant Letter of Intent Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Transform Grant. We are excited to support mutually beneficial community-based partnerships between Washington University students and organizations across the St. Louis region.

This grant is designed to support and amplify partnerships between Washington University students and community organizations working to advance regional priorities.

Please review the following eligibility requirements:

Partner organization(s) must be located in the St. Louis bi-state region
Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time at Washington University in St. Louis during the time the Transform Grant is awarded
Applicant must obtain a one-page, signed statement of support from their partner organization(s) illustrating a clear alignment and agreement between the community partner(s) and student(s) about the terms of the engagement
All applicants must complete a series of three Transform Grant workshops with the Gephardt Institute in order for their application to be considered. Successful applicants will receive an invitation to these workshops following Letter of Interest review
